Responsibilities
1. Debt Monitoring: Monitor customer accounts, identify outstanding debts, and take timely action to encourage prompt payments.
2. Payment Processing: Process, verify, and post receipts for goods sold and services rendered.
3. Reporting & Reconciliation: Generate internal reports, perform customer account reconciliations, and resolve unapplied cash and credit issues.
4. Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate records of payments and account statuses.
5. Discrepancy Resolution: Research and resolve customer discrepancies.
6. Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to address customer queries.
7. Dispute Management: Ensure timely and accurate responses to disputes within defined turnaround times.
8. Continuous Learning: Participate in ongoing educational opportunities to stay updated on job knowledge.
Role: Semi Voice Process Executive
Experience: 1 to 3 yrs
Qualification: Any Basic Degree
Salary: From 18K per month
