Responsibilities
Take the lead on lean manufacturing initiatives such as building and optimizing machine capacity, improving manpower flow, improving ergonomics, increasing line throughput, reducing waste, inventory optimization, value stream mapping, and material flow process optimization.
Technical requirements, competitive quotations, scheduling, follow-up, trials at supplier/plant locations, interacting with facilities and maintenance to hook up utilities, installs, and equipment commissioning are all examples of experience in developing equipment.
For new projects, experience developing fixtures, tools, and gauges is necessary. Perform PPAP and PTR (Production Trial Runs) in a substantial amount of time and quantity.
knowledgeable about using the fundamental tools, such as the control plan, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and MSA.

Qualification: Diploma/ B.E in Automobile or Related
Salary: From 18K per month
