Manager Employee Relations for Top MNCs
Responsibilities
Collaborate with and support the local employee investigation team of Corporate Investigations.
Cooperate on issues pertaining to employee relations, such as warnings and performance improvement plans, as well as corrective measures.
Evaluate legal risk policy concerns; collaborate with legal counsel to guarantee adherence to and comprehension of the law.
Lead the implementation of new ER practices in a proactive manner and evaluate/revise current ones.
Back state legislation and all labor compliance initiatives, including audits.
Experience: 10 to 13 yrs

Qualification: Any Basic Degree and MBA
