Manage Our Quality Staff QA Manager Role

Responsibilities
Ensuring quality standards in every area requires an understanding of the client's requirements, expectations, and specifications in order to establish quality control procedures and define quality standards appropriately.
Create the organization's overall quality control procedure and make sure that all corporate quality standards are met.
Improve production efficiency and guarantee the removal of waste and damages; monitor and assess the internal production process; assess the final product output and ascertain its quality; interact with customers to obtain product feedback and address their complaints;
Evaluate systems, procedures, and products frequently to identify areas for improvement.
Skills:
Quality assurance: Ensuring quality standards are met in all aspects of operations.
Client understanding: Understanding client expectations, needs, and specifications to develop appropriate quality standards and control processes.
Quality control process development: Developing and implementing the overall quality control process for the organization, adhering to company quality standards.
Production process monitoring: Monitoring and evaluating internal production processes.
Product quality evaluation: Evaluating the final output of products to determine their quality.
Customer engagement: Engaging with customers to gather feedback, resolve complaints, and improve product quality.
Experience: 6 yrs
Salary: From 60K per month
Qualification: Any Engineering Degree
