Qualification: Any basic Degree
Shift: Genral Shift (9:30 to 6:30)
Sunday Fixed Holiday
Languages: Malayalam

Looking for Immediate Joiner
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction: Return calls from customers as soon as possible.
Give clients accurate and useful information about policies.
Respond to and address consumer complaints, raising concerns to a higher level as needed.
Problem solving: Look into, evaluate, and offer practical answers for client issues or difficulties.
Collaborate closely with different departments to find timely solutions for complicated problems.
Qualifications and Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations with a calm and professional.
