Make an impression in a field where all opinions matter
Responsibilities
Make phone calls (and emails, if needed) to insurance companies to confirm and get information about the status of your bill and the receipt of your insurance claim.
Using in-house tools, methods, and software, analyze and assess Workers Compensation claim payments.Perform correct and timely data entry and use the payers' provided payment documentation to find out if the medical provider has been paid.Follow up with payers over the phone promptly and thoroughly to make sure that claims and any supporting documentation are handled appropriately.
Role: Voice Process Executive
Experience: 1 to 3 yrs
Salary: From 18K per month negotiable based on work experience
Location: Chennai
Qualification: Any Basic Degree
