Maintenance Manager Optimize Facility Uptime and Efficiency
Responsibilities
installation and testing of new machinery.
managing essential spare parts and planning and regulating the ideal quantity of inventory and spares.
establishing and carrying out predictive and preventive maintenance plans to increase the general dependability and security of the machinery, workers, and production processes.
understanding of electrical maintenance.
In charge of maintaining all plant utilities and equipment
monitoring everyday malfunctions and putting preventative maintenance plans into place to increase the equipment's or system's efficiency.
managing essential spare parts and planning and regulating the ideal quantity of inventory and spares.
familiarity with utility maintenance.
Skills:
Technical Expertise: Strong mechanical and electrical skills.
Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues.
Safety Awareness: Adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
Time Management: Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks.
Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with team members.
Experience: 12 to 15 yrs
Qualification: Any Engineering Degree
Salary: Negotiable based on Experience
