Maintenance engineers Immediate Joiners Preferred

Responsibilities
- Process Development and Timing: Ensure that all process development activities are completed according to the established timing plan. Timely execution is essential to meet project deadlines and maintain production schedules.
- Failure Mode Elimination: Focus on eliminating process-related failure modes for new products and variants. This involves identifying potential issues in the production process and implementing solutions to prevent them.
- Competency Development: Develop the competency of team members in process planning and proving by identifying training needs and arranging for appropriate training. Your efforts will help build a skilled and knowledgeable workforce capable of supporting manufacturing goals.
- Collaboration with Operations, Quality, and Project Teams: Work closely with the Operations, Quality, and Project teams to train operators and team leaders, resolve ramp-up and quality issues, and monitor project delivery. Effective collaboration will ensure that production runs smoothly and meets all quality and project requirements.
- NI and PLC Programming: Perform NI (National Instruments) programming and PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) programming to support automation and control in the manufacturing process. Your technical skills in these areas will be essential for process optimization and troubleshooting.
