Responsibilities
focuses on scheduling, velocity tracking, and dependency management in order to support the senior producer and the team.
closely collaborates with the producers, leaders, and subleads to collect data and monitor advancement toward predetermined benchmarks.
develops and monitors a production plan that reflects the project goals as specified by the studio creative director in collaboration with the leaders and production team.
Determines project priorities by anticipating bottlenecks recognizes dangers and elevates problems that aren't fixable internally
Every workflow is well defined. shares documented procedures and makes sure that all practices are being adjusted in light of new knowledge.
shares capacity plan updates and status reports on a regular basis with the team and studio management.
Role: Production Supervisor
Experience: 8 to 10 years
Qualification: ITI/ Diploma/ BE in EEE or Related
Working Hours: 10 hrs
Salary: From 35K to 42K per month
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent Job
