Responsibilities
expertise in the design of every kind of cam, including wedge, lower, collapse, and filler cams.
Production engineers find and fix production-process flaws to guarantee that goods fulfil quality standards. They employ methods such as testing, inspection, and analysis for quality assurance.
solid understanding of the uses of castablity standards in die design.
solid understanding of the press line panel transfer mechanisms (Robot, Crossbar, Feed-bar, etc.) and how to use them in die design.
It is advantageous to have knowledge of die structure analysis, dynamic interference analysis, transfer simulation, and scrap simulation.
Experience: 3 to 5 years
Salary: From 25K per month
Qualification: Diploma/ B.E/ B.Tech in Mech, Automobile or Automotive
