Looking for an Experienced Admin Executive

Responsibilities
1. Facility Management: Collaborate with management to arrange office space, oversee maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep.
2. Meeting Space Coordination: Manage meeting room reservations and ensure proper utilization.
3. Access Control: Monitor and manage team members' access cards for office entry.
4. Office Supplies & Refreshments: Place orders for office supplies, snacks, beverages, and employee recognition prizes.
5. Equipment Maintenance: Respond to service requests for office equipment and arrange repairs or replacements as needed.
6. Vendor Management: Handle vendor-related issues, arrange repairs, and coordinate with suppliers for office supplies, maintenance, and repairs.
7. Payments & Dispute Resolution: Ensure timely payments to vendors and resolve any billing disputes.
8. Expense Management: Assist in processing bill payments, track office expenses, and monitor spending.
9. Data Protection: Implement policies to safeguard sensitive information and prevent fraud.
10. Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to team members when required.
Role: Admin Executive
Experience: 1 to 4 yrs
Qualification: Any Basic Degree and MBA
Salary: From 18K per Month
