3. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain regular follow-ups with customers, build strong relationships, and actively solicit orders to ensure continuous business.
4. Product Delivery and Quality Assurance: Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products that meet customer expectations, maintaining satisfaction and loyalty.
5. Payment Collection: Follow up with customers post-delivery to ensure timely payment collections, adhering to agreed-upon collection due dates.
6. Market Intelligence: Gather and share valuable market insights, including pricing trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback, with the team and management for strategic planning.
7. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve shared company objectives, fostering a cohesive approach to sales and service delivery.
