Limited Openings for Admin Executives
Responsibilities
1. Visitor Reception: Greet and direct office visitors to the appropriate staff or departments.
2. Administrative Tasks: Perform essential office duties such as filing, mail handling, responding to emails, answering phone calls, and data entry.
3. Schedule Management: Coordinate and manage calendars for multiple team members, ensuring appointments and meetings are properly arranged without conflicts.
4. Travel & Meeting Preparation: Make travel arrangements and prepare necessary documents, presentations, and materials for meetings.
5. Record Management: Enter and update records for the company, employees, and clients, ensuring accuracy.
6. Office Supplies Management: Order, store, and distribute office supplies while maintaining inventory.
7. Equipment Maintenance: Ensure office equipment is maintained, repaired, or replaced as needed.
8. Operations Optimization: Review and enhance office operations to improve efficiency, accuracy, and productivity while minimizing costs.
9. Basic Bookkeeping: Provide fundamental bookkeeping services such as recording financial transactions.

Experience: 1 to 4 yrs
Qualification: Any Basic Degree and MBA
Salary: From 18K per month
