Leverage Your Expertise Training and Development Executive
Responsibilities
In close collaboration with the company, create, develop, and present interesting and successful training programs that are suited to the requirements of different departments and target audiences.
Develop and implement top-notch training resources, such as workshops, e-learning courses, instructional films, and live training sessions.
The onboarding and offboarding procedures are supported.
Track and assess training programs' efficacy, adjusting as necessary to guarantee ongoing progress.
Encourage employee engagement programs to improve both employee engagement and company culture.
Support the development and distribution of messages that inform and engage staff members.
Skills:
Strong instructional design and facilitation skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools and platforms
Ability to adapt training materials to different learning styles and preferences
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders
Experience: 3 to 5 yrs
Salary: From 35K per month
Qualification: Any Basic Degree
