Responsibilities
• Use a web portal, IVR, or phone the payer to conduct pre-call analysis and verify status.
• Keep a clean audit trail for future reference and keep enough documentation on the client software to deliver to insurance carriers as needed.
• Take notes during the conversation and conduct post-call analysis for the purpose of following up on claims.
• Provide accurate product/service information to the customer; prior to making the call, research any available documentation, including authorization, nursing notes, medical documentation on the client's systems, and interpret explanations of benefits received, etc.,
• Evaluate and resolve requests, complaints, and inquiries through calling to ensure that customer inquiries are resolved at the first point of contact

Qualification: Any Basic Degree
Salary: form 15K per month
