Responsibilities
Develop business plans to increase shop traffic, draw in new clients, and boost profitability;
Verify that the store complies with health and safety laws;
Provide outstanding customer service to guarantee high levels of client satisfaction;
Keep an eye on stock levels and place fresh orders;
Address client grievances and issues with professionalism;
Create thorough reports on consumer demands, purchasing patterns, and financial results;
Employ, train, and manage new employees;
Create and set up in-store displays and advertising materials;
