Lead the Way in Talent Acquisition as HR Recruiter
Responsibilities
Support the creation and execution of HR initiatives and systems;
offer guidance on policies and procedures;
actively participate in hiring by creating job descriptions, posting advertisements, and overseeing the hiring process;
develop training and development plans;
support performance management procedures;
assist in handling disciplinary and grievance issues;
maintain employee records in accordance with legal and policy requirements;
and examine employment and working conditions to ensure compliance with the law.
Skills:
Strong understanding of HR principles and practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build relationships with employees and managers
Strong organizational and time management skills
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Proficiency in HR software and systems
Experience: 3 to 5 yrs
Qualification: Any Basic Degree and MBA
Salary: From 35K per month (Negotiable)
