Lead Office Operations as an Experienced Admin Executive
Responsibilities
Organise both domestic and foreign trips.
Assist with office tasks like managing vendors and acquiring and keeping office supplies.
Maintain an inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed.
Divide duties and oversee administrative personnel to guarantee performance.
Organise maintenance and repairs for the office.
Skills:
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in office software and systems
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Experience: 3 to 5 yrs
Qualification: Any Basic Degree and MBA
Salary: From 35K per month (Negotiable)
