Lead Effective Maintenance Strategies as Maintenance Incharge
Responsibilities
Performing scheduled preventative maintenance on devices and equipment
Maintaining the history card and responding to equipment malfunctions.
Making a list of spare parts and keeping them on hand for emergencies
Maintaining the reports and records for all equipment and performing necessary maintenance.
Working together with the vendor to arrange services and ensure that the task is finished on schedule.
Skills:
Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues.
Safety Awareness: Adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
Time Management: Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks.
Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with team members.
Experience: 1 to 3 yrs
Qualification: Any Engineering Degree
Salary: Based on Company Norms
