Kickstart Your Career in Production Engineering in Paintshop
Responsibilities
Process Optimisation: To attain top-notch quality and efficiency, paint shop procedures should be continuously improved.
Equipment Maintenance: Reduce downtime by addressing equipment problems and carrying out preventative maintenance.
Introduction of a New Product: Create paint process parameters and do out experiments to support NPI efforts.
Examine and address the underlying causes of paint flaws and process malfunctions using root cause analysis.
Continuous Improvement: To cut costs, scrap, and defects, apply Six Sigma techniques and lean manufacturing concepts.
Data analysis: Examine paint shop data to find patterns and areas that could want improvement.
Assure adherence to quality requirements and standards through quality assurance.
Role: Paintshop Production Engineer
Experience: Freshers
Qualification: Diploma/BE in Mech
Location: In and Around Chennai
No of Vacancies: 6
Salary: from 15K to 18K per month
