Junior Engineer for Product Development
Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the entire production process, from design to final product.
Develop and implement production schedules to meet delivery deadlines.
Ensure that all production activities adhere to quality standards and company policies.
Coordinate with design, procurement, and quality control teams to ensure seamless production flow.
Monitor production costs and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
Train, supervise, and evaluate production staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Experience: FreshersÂ
Qualification: 10th,12th, diploma
Salary: from 13K per month
