We are hiring for Utility / Facility Maintenance Engineer
Shift Time: 8 hours
Role: Permanent Full time Role
Salary: as per Company Norms
Responsibilities:
Equipment Maintenance: Perform preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance on utility equipment (generators, compressors, STPs, RO plants, etc.).
Cost Optimization: Implement cost-saving measures in utility operations, including energy efficiency initiatives and optimized maintenance schedules.
Water Management: Ensure compliance with water management regulations and implement water conservation measures.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety standards and regulations for utility equipment operation and maintenance.
TPM Implementation: Implement TPM principles to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
Spare Parts Management: Optimize spare parts inventory and ensure timely procurement.
Education: Any Diploma / BE Degree
Location: Chennai
No Of Vacancies: 9
Experience: 4 to 10 yrs
