Responsibilities
handling all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including as mail, phone calls, and emails.
organising and keeping records, databases, and files up to date.
arranging meetings and appointments and communicating with both internal and external stakeholders.
creating presentations, reports, and other documents as needed.
helping to prepare bills and keep track of spending, among other financial management duties.
carrying out routine office administration duties, like placing orders for supplies and overseeing equipment.The ideal applicant should be meticulous, have excellent communication and organising abilities, and be proficient with Microsoft Office and other office programs.
