Join Our Team as a Seasoned Production Engineer
Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve technical issues and streamline manufacturing processes, including supply chain management, quality control, and R&D.
Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective steps to alleviate production difficulties and improve overall process efficiency.
Produce and maintain documentation, including work instructions, process flowcharts, and production reports.
Regular inspections will ensure that machinery and equipment are functioning correctly and in compliance with safety regulations.
Teach production staff how to operate new equipment, safety procedures, and procedures.
Take the lead in continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity, reduce waste, and maximise the use of existing resources.
Skills:
Strong technical and analytical skills
Knowledge of production processes and equipment
Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lead and motivate teams
Knowledge of quality control and continuous improvement methodologies
Experience: 3 to 5 yrs
Qualification: Diploma / BE in Automobile
Salary: From 35K per month and is Negotiable based on Experience
