Join Our Expert Team as a Paintshop Maintenance Engineer
Responsibilities
Paint shop equipment, such as paint booths, robots, ovens, and conveyors, require both preventive and remedial maintenance.
Troubleshooting: Identify and fix process problems and equipment failures.
Process Optimisation: To increase productivity and decrease downtime, find and apply process enhancements.
Quality Control: Keep an eye on and guarantee that the product meets criteria.
Safety Compliance: Comply with safety rules and guidelines.
Documentation: Keep thorough records of all maintenance operations and production information.
continual Improvement: Take part in programs like OPL and Kaizen that focus on continual improvement.
Role: Paintshop Maintenance Engineer
Experience: 1 to 3 yrs
Qualification: Diploma / BE in Mech
Location: In and Around Chennai
No of Vacancies: 7
Salary: from 25 to 45K per month ( Can be Negotiated)
