Join Our Dynamic Team Service Engineer
Responsibilities
Create technical procedures and visit reports for important maintenance calls.
Investigate machine problems using vendor and internal resources, technical documentation, and machine tool manuals;
Organise with outside vendors and upkeep firms to guarantee precise and timely work completion;
will assist ongoing development of PM instructions and schedules in collaboration with the customer production team in order to prevent failures;
Diagnose and fix mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electronic issues.
Repair and rebuild all machines' mechanical components;
Remove and swap out ball screws and machine linear guides;
All machines should have their alignment and levelling done.
capable of operating a sophisticated NC machine up to and incorporating five axes;
Install, diagnose, fix, and maintain controls and equipment for machine tools;
Skills:
Strong mechanical and electrical engineering knowledge
Experience with machine tool maintenance and repair
Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience: 3 to 5 yrs
Salary: From 35K per month
Qualification: Diploma / BE in E&I
