Responsibilities
Set up molding machines according to production requirements and machine calibration Repair equipment that fails during production
Monitor machine operation, making adjustments as necessary to ensure consistent quality and optimal productivity
Perform routine maintenance tasks on molding machines, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn or damaged parts
Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues or signs of wear, and take proactive measures to prevent breakdowns.
Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, diagnose problems, and implement solutions to minimize downtime.
Experience: 1 to 3 yearsÂ
Salary: From 18K per month
Qualification: 10th,12th, diploma
