Responsibilities
1. HR Initiatives: Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
2. Compensation & Benefits: Administer compensation and benefit plans.
3. Talent Acquisition: Assist in recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
4. Onboarding: Conduct employee onboarding and orientation.
5. Performance Management: Assist in performance management processes.
6. Employee Records: Maintain employee records and manage HRIS databases.
7. Employee Relations: Handle employee relations, counseling, and exit interviews.
8. Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor regulations and HR best practices.
9. HR Policies: Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
10. Training & Development: Organize and manage employee training and development programs.

Experience: 1 to 3 yrs
Qualification: Any Basic Degree and MBA
Salary: From 18K per month
