Responsibilities
preserving shift, leave, and staff attendance.
creation of every HR letter.
Overseeing the orientation, induction, and onboarding of new hires.
BGV is being done for both candidates and workers.
carrying out payroll system and HRMS induction
Overseeing probationary employees
Controlling the PIP cycle of employees
Organize and maintain the ISO documentations, personal record files, and personnel database.
Oversee the process of managing staff departures.
In charge of planning and directing staff engagement initiatives.
Help with the hiring process as required.
As needed, lend a hand with other HR department tasks.
Role: HR Executive
Experience: Freshers
Qualification: Any Basic Degree and MBA
Salary: From 12K per month
