Responsibilities
This role involves overseeing the production process, ensuring effective work allocation and planning on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. The candidate will be responsible for managing the entire shop floor during shifts, coordinating with PPC for production planning, and guiding line supervisors to achieve production targets. Key responsibilities include maintaining in-house quality, ensuring worker and machinery safety, managing inventory and stock, improving productivity, handling labor management and disciplinary actions, reducing in-house scrap, and ensuring orders are met on time with optimal cost efficiency. Additionally, the role supports the Total Quality Management (TQM) initiative.

Experience: 1 to 3 yrs
Qualification: Diploma/ BE in ECE
Salary: From 18K per month
Location: Chennai
