Responsibilities
In this role, you will accurately post payments and adjustments to customer accounts and corresponding invoices, ensuring that payment details such as amounts and methods are verified against records. You will process electronic payments, checks, and credit card transactions promptly, reconcile payment batches, and resolve any discrepancies between received payments and billed invoices. Responsibilities include investigating and correcting payment posting errors, entering payment information into accounting or ERP systems with precision, and ensuring all transactions adhere to company policies. Additionally, you'll generate and review reports related to payments and account balances, provide data for financial reporting and audits, respond to inquiries regarding payment status and account issues, and assist in resolving payment disputes professionally.

Qualification: Any Basic Degree
Salary: From 18K per month
