Responsibilities

3. Product and Process Compliance: Strictly follow product and process guidelines, maintaining zero-error performance.
4. Issue Escalation: Promptly escalate customer issues to appropriate internal stakeholders for timely resolution.
5. Adherence to Guidelines: Comply with established service and sales guidelines, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
6. Call Quality Targets: Consistently meet or exceed call quality targets, maintaining professionalism and efficiency.
7. First-Contact Resolution: Resolve customer queries at the first point of contact, minimizing call handling time while maximizing satisfaction.

Experience: 1 to 4 yrs
Qualification: Any Basic Degree
Salary: From 18K per Month
