Responsibilities
1. Job Understanding: Review and comprehend the job description provided by the client to ensure clarity on candidate requirements.
2. Sourcing Candidates: Identify and source potential candidates from various online channels, including job portals, social media, and networking platforms.
3. Candidate Engagement: Craft personalized recruiting emails to engage passive candidates and encourage them to apply.
4. Screening and Shortlisting: Review incoming resumes and application forms, screen candidates, and create a shortlist for further consideration.
5. Candidate Interviews: Conduct phone and video interviews after sourcing candidates from job portals.
6. Candidate Shortlisting: Provide hiring managers with a curated list of qualified candidates for interview selection.
7. Interview Coordination: Coordinate and follow up on interview schedules, ensuring smooth communication between candidates and hiring managers.
8. Offer and Onboarding: Send job offer emails to selected candidates, addressing any queries regarding compensation and benefits, and follow up until they join.
9. Post-Joining Feedback: Collect feedback from candidates post-joining to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
10. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain and update a Joining Tracker and share it with the internal MIS team for reporting and record-keeping.

Experience: 1 to 4 yrs
Qualification: Any Basic Degree and MBA
Salary: From 18K per Month
