Responsibilities
1. Work together with product development teams to comprehend a product's technical requirements and unique selling propositions.
2. Conduct product demos, and attend surgery and training sessions for surgeons to ensure correct utilization and comprehension of our surgical equipment.
3. Offer surgeons technical assistance, such as installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and demonstrations. Work together with the sales team to determine the needs of surgeons, create specialized solutions, and increase income.
4. Create marketing materials that accurately inform a target audience about the technical elements of products.
5. Create campaigns that successfully reach and engage technical customers by collaborating with the marketing team.
6. Examine consumer input and market trends to suggest changes to marketing tactics.
7. Take part in advertising campaigns and product launches, offering technical advice as needed.
