Responsibilities
To find mechanical and technical problems with forklifts, do extensive diagnostic examinations.
Make prompt and efficient repairs to get forklifts back up to peak operating condition.
To resolve complicated technological issues, collaborate closely with the technical support staff.
Carry out regular maintenance in accordance with business policies and manufacturer guidelines.
Conduct preventive maintenance inspections to spot any problems and stop equipment failures.
Maintain thorough records of all repairs, maintenance procedures, and parts used.
Effectively communicate with clients to comprehend and fulfill their needs for services.
Clearly explain repair and maintenance processes to consumers to ensure their understanding and satisfaction.
To guarantee a high degree of customer satisfaction, immediately and properly resolve client complaints.

Experience: Freshers
Qualification: 8th, 10th, 12th or Any ITI Graduation
Salary: from 13K per month
