Immediate Vacancy for Maintenance Engineer
Responsibilities
The responsibilities include inspecting the building, grounds, and equipment, and handling necessary repairs and maintenance. This role involves installing equipment and appliances while adhering to local and state building codes and complying with all company safety regulations. It requires keeping a maintenance log, writing shift reports, and reporting any issues to the maintenance manager or clients. The role also includes responding promptly to repair and maintenance requests, loading and unloading equipment and tools into work vehicles when needed, and following written and verbal instructions from the maintenance manager or clients. Collaboration with the maintenance team and contractors is essential, as is the ability to read and follow manuals, blueprints, and other written instructions. Proficiency in using various tools, including power tools, hand tools, electric tools, and plumbing tools, is also required.

Experience: 1 to 3 yrs
Qualification: Diploma/ B.E in Automobile or Related
Salary: From 18K per month
