Immediate need for VMC and CNC Programmer Chennai
Responsibilities
Utilising CAM software, program VMCs according to engineering drawings and specifications.
Set up VMC equipment, making sure to load tools, supplies, and fixtures.
As needed, make adjustments, offsets, and tool changes to guarantee precision and quality.
Keep an eye on how the machine is operating to spot any issues or departures from the specifications.
To reduce downtime, troubleshoot problems with software, tools, or machine performance.
To guarantee optimum operation, do routine maintenance on VMC equipment.
Work together with the engineering and manufacturing teams to maximise efficiency and improve machining procedures.
Make sure that programs, tooling setups, and machining procedures are all accurately documented.
Respect safety procedures and keep your workspace tidy and orderly.
Role: VMC/ CNC Programmers
Experience: 5 to 8 yrs
Qualification: Diploma/BE in Mech
Salary: Based on Previous experience
