Immediate Need for Team Lead in Chennai
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships: Acquire and build strong relationships with corporate customers to grow Cash Management (CMS) and Supply Chain Finance (SCF) portfolios.
- Team development: Train and enhance the knowledge of the transaction banking team in product knowledge and sales processes related to CMS and SCF.
- Business pipeline growth: Identify opportunities and develop a robust business pipeline to meet growth objectives.
- Product training: Conduct regular training sessions for Relationship Managers (RMs), Financial General Management Officers (FGMOs), and zonal teams to increase awareness of the bank’s products and market opportunities.
- Marketing initiatives: Drive marketing campaigns and initiatives to increase customer acquisitions and promote CMS and SCF solutions.
- Implementation of mandates: Ensure the effective implementation of CMS and supply chain finance mandates, aligning with customer needs.
- Additional responsibilities: Perform any other duties relevant to the functioning of the department to support strategic goals.
