Responsibilities
- End-to-End Purchasing Management: Oversee the entire purchasing process, encompassing buying, selling, and distribution activities to ensure smooth operations across the company.
- Project Proposal Review: Evaluate new project proposals to ensure alignment with company goals, financial targets, and procurement strategies.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop and implement effective procurement strategies that support company growth.
- Performance Analysis & Optimization: Analyze the performance of current purchasing processes and identify areas for improvement, ensuring increased efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Process Improvement & Delivery System Overhaul: Implement enhancements to existing purchasing processes and delivery systems, ensuring timely and accurate procurement cycles.
- Vendor & Supplier Negotiations: Lead contract negotiations with vendors and suppliers to secure the best quality, cost, and reliability for the company.
- Supplier Identification & Management: Identify, assess, and select ideal suppliers based on their quality, cost, reliability, and ability to meet company standards.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain positive relationships with the company's clientele, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Technology & Trend Awareness: Stay up to date with purchasing technology trends and oversee the procurement and implementation of new systems and tools as necessary.
