Immediate Hiring for Desktop Support Engineer
Responsibilities
Handle user complaints about networking, software, and hardware;
Assist clients with the installation of software and computer accessories;
Pose specific queries to identify issues.
Provide customers with clear, concise instructions;
carry out remote troubleshooting;
try other routes till a problem is fixed;
Tailor desktop programs to the requirements of the user Log technical problems and their fixes.
Send unsolved problems to the support staff at the next tier.
Check in with clients to make sure their systems are operating properly.
Report on consumer comments and prospective product demands Assist in producing technical guides and documentation
Role: Desktop Support Engineer
Experience: 1 to 3 yrs
Qualification: Any Degree related to IT
Salary: From 18K per month
Location: Chennai
