Organize candidate interviews, their travel, and the associated costs.
To promote candidate identification and attraction, identify new resources (advertising channels, databases, networks, suppliers, etc.).
Post a weekly dashboard for recruitment.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in sourcing and developing candidate pipelines.
- Proficient in social media and online recruiting tools.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of HR recruitment software is a plus.
