HR Manager needed in Employee Relations
Responsibilities
Work together and support the Corporate Investigations team as they look into local employees.
Collaborate on issues pertaining to employee relations, such as performance improvement programs or remedial measures like warnings.
Evaluate policy concerns about legal risk; collaborate with legal counsel to guarantee adherence to and comprehension of the law.
Take the initiative to oversee the implementation of new ER practices and to review and refine current ones.
Back all state legislation and labor compliance initiatives, including audits.
Experience: 5 to 8 yrs
Salary: Based on Previous work experience

Qualification: Any Basic Degree and MBA
