HR Executive Immediate Hiring
Responsibilities
Oversee daily attendance and leave policies for employees.
Manage the sales team's leave approvals by coordinating with management.
Inform the management or store in-charge of the absentee's details.
Assign personnel to the appropriate tasks and manage administrative tasks.
Observe employee movements and grant permissions as needed.
Create weekly and monthly pay reports. Obtain management permissions.
Utilize online platforms to complete employee PF and ESI information.
Create a strategy for putting the organization's HR policy into action. Examine gaps and come up with a suitable plan to put policies into place.
Obtain department-specific workforce needs based on qualifications and experience.
Experience: 1 to 4 years
Qualification: Any Basic Degree and MBA
Salary: From 18K per month
