Responsibilities
Help with hiring procedures, such as posting jobs, reviewing applications, and setting up interviews.
Organize paperwork and orientation sessions as part of the onboarding process for new employees.
Ensure that all documentation is accurate and up to date by keeping track of employee data.
Respond to questions from employees about payroll, benefits, and policy-related matters in HR.
Help plan company events and initiatives aimed at fostering employee engagement.
Oversee office supplies and guarantee that inventory is kept up to date.
When necessary, assist the HR Manager and other departments with their administrative needs.
Create and disseminate internal communications about developments, events, and policies within the company.
Help with meeting and appointment scheduling, and make travel arrangements as needed.
Execute standard office tasks including data entry, photocopying, and filing.

Experience: 1 to 4 years
Qualification: Any Basic Degree and MBA
Salary: From 18K per month
