Hiring Experienced Candidates in Sales Executive
Responsibilities
1. Property Promotion: Oversee the promotion of property sales across various advertisement platforms and listing services to attract potential buyers.
2. Client Interaction: Meet with prospects and clients to present available properties, understand their preferences, and close business deals.
3. Client Requirement Analysis: Communicate with clients to identify their property requirements and provide suitable options that align with their needs.
4. Deal Closure: Lead the process of closing property deals, ensuring all necessary documents are signed and payments are received in a timely manner.
5. Property Showings: Organize and oversee property viewings for prospective buyers to showcase the property before finalizing the deal.
6. Intermediary Role: Serve as a liaison between clients and relevant departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination during the sale process.
7. Reporting: Provide regular reports to company management on sales operations, deal closures, and generated returns using CRM systems.
8. Market Analysis: Conduct market surveys to evaluate competitor property prices and provide insights to adjust sales strategies for ongoing projects.

Qualification: Any Basic Degree and MBA
Salary: From 18K per Month
