Hiring Experienced Candidates for Production Engineer

Responsibilities
1. Daily Activity Coordination: Coordinate and report day-to-day production activities to management, ensuring alignment with operational goals.
2. Administrative Support: Assist the Production Manager with administrative tasks, including managing production schedules and timesheets to optimize workflow.
3. Labor and Stock Management: Appoint labor resources and procure stock to ensure smooth production processes and minimize downtime.
4. Cost Estimation: Prepare accurate cost estimates for materials, equipment, and labor, facilitating budget management and resource allocation.
5. Quality Control Oversight: Oversee quality control throughout the production process, ensuring that products meet established standards and specifications.
6. Budget Review & Improvement: Review the production budget regularly and suggest measures for improvement to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
7. Deadline Management: Ensure that production targets are met ahead of deadlines, maintaining a focus on timeliness and efficiency.
8. Equipment Procurement & Monitoring: Procure production equipment and monitor its efficiency, ensuring it meets operational needs and standards.
9. Project Status Updates: Provide regular updates on project status to management, facilitating informed decision-making and transparency.
10. Cross-Department Coordination: Liaise and coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless production flow and address any interdepartmental challenges.
11. Labor Dispute Resolution: Assist in resolving labor disputes when necessary, promoting a harmonious work environment.

Experience: 1 to 4 yrs
Qualification: Diploma / BE in ECE
Salary: From 18K per Month
