Responsibilities
1. Routine Administrative Tasks: Perform daily, weekly, and monthly administrative duties to ensure smooth office operations.
2. Package Handling: Sign for delivered packages and ensure timely distribution to the appropriate recipients.
3. Meeting Coordination: Arrange meetings by reserving rooms, managing schedules, and coordinating refreshments when necessary.
4. Mail and Courier Management: Handle all inbound and outbound mail/courier services, maintaining accurate records in both manual and digital registers.
5. Policy Implementation: Assist in the implementation of administration policies and ensure compliance across the office.
6. Clerical Support: Provide support with ad hoc tasks and assist other departments with necessary clerical duties.
7. Register Management: Oversee the management of various registers, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.

Experience: 1 to 4 yrs
Qualification: Any Basic Degree and MBA
Salary: From 18K per Month
