Experience: 3 to 6 yrs
Salary: From 25K per month (Negotiable Based on Previous Work Experience)
Qualification: Diploma/ B.E/ B.Tech in E&I
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent Job
Location: In and Around Chennai
Responsibilities
Oversee the moulding department's whole operation, including production, processing, tool and machine maintenance, and maintenance.
Oversee and oversee the scheduling and planning of the fabrication of moulds.
Make certain that every shift worker is properly taught, driven, and utilising their abilities.
Oversee and manage the work of the shift labour force, making sure that all workers are adhering to safety protocols and regulations and that production goals are fulfilled.
Make sure that every shift worker is following the company's quality control processes and is aware of them.
To find patterns and opportunities for improvement, track and evaluate production data.
