Responsibilities
Capacity to manage a diverse workforce.Establish and preserve a secure workplace.
In the designated work area, be in charge of the upkeep and security of business property.
Organise allotted employees' daily tasks and recurring shifts to achieve goals.
At the workstations where solenoid coils are manufactured, assign regular and diverse activities like winding, spot welding, soldering, moulding, and testing.
Assign direct reports accountability and duty for timeliness, product quality, and safety.
Establish precise goals and metrics, then monitor development and outcomes.
Continue and assist with continuing training initiatives.
Experience: 4 to 8 years
Salary: From 35K per month
Qualification: Diploma/ B.E/ B.Tech in Mech, Automobile or Automotive
