Hiring Candidates for PPC Executive Chennai

Responsibilities
- Analyze product specifications and plant capacity: Evaluate product designs, plant capacity data, and available resources to determine the necessary materials, manufacturing processes, equipment, and manpower required for production. Account for lead times for each activity to ensure production meets the shipping schedule.
- Review material availability: Conduct periodic reviews with the stores and inventory team to monitor the availability of materials required for production. Coordinate closely with the procurement department to ensure timely sourcing of materials in line with production schedules.
- Coordinate with subcontractors: Liaise with subcontractors to ensure the timely receipt of materials and components that meet production specifications and quality standards. Follow up regularly to ensure materials arrive as needed to avoid delays.
- Resolve production issues: Address and resolve any issues that arise during production, working to minimize delays. Expedite the resolution of operational issues and reschedule production plans as necessary to accommodate unforeseen circumstances or disruptions.
- Provide manpower requirements: Assess and provide manpower requirements to the Human Resources department, ensuring that the necessary number of workers is available to meet production needs. Collaborate with HR to ensure that staffing is aligned with production timelines and demands.
Role:  PPC Engineer
Experience: 3 to  5 yrs 
Qualification: Diploma/BE in ECE
Salary: From 25K to 35K per Month
